What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Generate new sales by developing leads, recruiting new surgeons, and qualifying prospects
- Grow existing Interventional business and identify new opportunities within the assigned territory
- Manage accounts and implement approved marketing strategies to enhance sales performance
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and prepare required call reports for the District Sales Manager
- Attend sales meetings, training programs, and conventions to stay informed and engaged with industry developments
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time within the assigned territory
- Experience in an environment where partnering with a surgeon is critical
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in Orthopedics, Spine, or Operating Room (O.R.)
- Familiarity with anatomy and ability to explain medical concepts effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Previous experience with Medtronic products or in a similar role
