  • Attend sales meetings, training programs, and conventions to stay informed and engaged with industry developments
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time within the assigned territory
  • Experience in an environment where partnering with a surgeon is critical
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in Orthopedics, Spine, or Operating Room (O.R.)
  • Familiarity with anatomy and ability to explain medical concepts effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Previous experience with Medtronic products or in a similar role
