UiPath, Inc. is seeking an Associate Sales Representative focused on the Public Sector - Federal Civilian client base to join our growing team in the United States.

In this role, you will work with an Emerging Account Executive to retain and expand our federal civilian customers within an assigned territory, using AI and cross-functional partnerships to drive deals. You will operate within current-customer focus, mitigate renewal risk, and earn expanded responsibilities through performance.

UiPath is seeking a Public Sector - Federal Civilian focused Associate Sales Representative (ASR) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with an Emerging Account Executive to retain and expand our current customer base within an assigned territory - leveraging AI, vertical plays, and cross-functional partnerships.

What you’ll do at UiPath

Operate within assigned current-customer focus

Mitigate renewal risk and churn in every account, every quarter

Earn expanded responsibilities and at-bats through performance

Execute UiPath Sales Process end-to-end and drive deals

AI, Test Suite, Agentic, Subsidiaries, SAP

1+ years of Account Management and / or Account Executive experience within the Federal Civilian client focus.

Strong account planning discipline, take a research-driven approach to your client focus, and proactively identify opportunities through business-led conversations.

Confident navigating complex customer organizations, building relationships across functions and seniority levels, and collaborating effectively with internal teams and partners.

Depending on the needs of the business and the role, the number of hybrid, office-based, and remote workers will vary from team to team.
