Job summary

INTEGRA LIFESCIENCES SALES LLC is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to grow the ENT portfolio across operating rooms, private practices, and ASCs. You will expand product adoption, convert accounts in line with policy, and support territory activities while building relationships with ENT physicians.

The role involves travel, relocation, and the opportunity to advance to ENT Consultant within a mutually agreed geography.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate bachelor’s degree required; technical/scientific field preferred.
• 1+ years sales or professional experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel and relocate.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Experience selling medical devices and in ENT space is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Expand sales of ENT products; convert accounts per policy and sales direction.
• Support territory activities and provide field assistance.
• Train to demonstrate proper use of products to ENT Physicians in OR, private practice, and ASC settings.
• Execute selling cycle concisely, professionally, and ethically to lead the customer to action.

The Associate Sales Representative (ASR) will be expected to expand the sales of Integra Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) products, convert accounts in a manner that complies with company policy and sales direction and provide support to the aligned territory for all sales-related activities. Upon successful completion of duties, the ASR will assume territory responsibilities within a mutually agreed upon geography as an ENT Consultant. Under generation direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Integra LifeSciences, procedures and guidelines, this position: Associate Sales Representative will be trained to understand and demonstrate proper use of our products to ENT Physicians in an operating room, private practice, and/or ASC setting. This position requires the ability to handle customer questions and objections in a way that is consistent with product indications and sales training methodology. This position will be expected to execute the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical, and which leads the customer to action. Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level Performs other duties assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate bachelor's degree required, majored in a technical or scientific field preferred
• One or more years of relevant sales or professional experience preferred
• The ability to work in an operating room, private practice, and ASC environment is required
• This position requires travel and relocation with uncertainty of final territory responsibility
• Ability to relocate
• A valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 United States is required
• Eager to learn the basics of the ENT space and the medical device field
• Documentation of successful sales performance is preferred
• Experience covering large geographies preferred
• Experience selling technical and disposable products preferred
• Exempt position requiring the ability to establish effective work schedule that accommodates frequent disruptions to routines and flexible work hours in accomplishing objectives.
• Nice to have and maintain knowledge of healthcare industry, medical device industry, disease states, and therapeutic and institutional trends.
• Nice to have successfully complete Company training programs.
• Must have valid driver’s license in the state of residence, advanced computer skills, and the ability to multitask without direct oversight of manager.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
