Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative in Chicago to kickstart a medical device sales career. You will support healthcare professionals and work with experienced reps to drive territory growth, product evaluations, and customer engagement across OR and office settings.

You will help with product education for surgeons and staff, manage inventory and case prep, and contribute to reporting and opportunity identification. A Bachelor’s degree and a valid driver's license are required.

• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.

As an Associate Sales Representative, you will partner with an experienced Sales Representative(s) to support customer accounts, assist with clinical procedures, and contribute to territory growth. What You Will Do

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.

Required Qualifications

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory including but not limited to customer sites, healthcare facilities, and business meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outside sales, field sales, business development, account management, customer success, territory management, or a customer-facing role.
• Experience managing responsibilities through work experience, athletics, academic programs, military service, or leadership activities.
• Exposure to medical device, healthcare, clinical, life sciences, business-to-business sales, or other performance-driven environments.
• Experience supporting customers in a fast‑paced, team-based environment.

$77,000 salary and may be eligible to earn a bonus + benefits (adjust accordingly for high COL areas, and for ET which is $60,000)
