Job summary

CONMED is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to join our Advanced Surgical sales force in the United States. You will sell innovative technology to the OB/GYN, colorectal, urology, and general surgery spaces to positively impact patient outcomes, while receiving extensive hands-on training.

You will collaborate with surgeons, nurses, OR managers and other healthcare workers, supported by Field Sales Trainers, with an opportunity to grow and advance within the organization as you develop

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of outside sales, surgical tech or related clinical experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and drive regularly.

Qualifications:

One of the following:

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of outside sales, surgical tech or related clinical experience, preferred
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty

Requirements:

• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile

Preferred:

• Knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, or clinical workflows
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑pressure clinical environments

Disclosure as required by applicable state law, the annual salary range for this position is$65kplus quarterly bonus opportunities, OTE 85,000. This is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting.
