Job summary

Amica Mutual Insurance Co in Henderson, NV, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our inbound call center. You will convert inbound inquiries into new policy growth by building relationships and guiding customers through our products.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, sales or customer service experience, and strong communication skills. Training is provided, with option for some work-from-home days after onboarding to support a hybrid schedule.

Job Overview:

This position involves converting inbound calls into new policy growth and driving results through relationship building.

Responsibilities:

• Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls to assist potential and existing clients with their insurance inquiries. Identify and address customer needs with available products.
• Outbound Calls: Proactively make outbound calls to follow up on leads, engaging potential clients to convert inquiries into sales

Salary and Work Schedule:

A starting annual salary of $50,712 ($24.38hr). Additional compensation would be dependent on level of experience and applicable licenses within the property and casualty industry with a range of up to $63,501 annually ($30.53/hr).

This position is scheduled for 40 hours a week with the following options and will fall between our business hours of 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM:

• Sunday through Thursday
• Tuesday through Saturday
• Monday through Friday

Training schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST.

Work from home may be available up to two days a week once trained to work independently.
