We are seeking a proactive and driven Associate Sales Professional to spearhead lead generation efforts within a designated territory. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in networking, are adept at leveraging technology for sales processes, and are eager to collaborate with senior sales personnel to close deals. The Associate Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

What You’ll Do

Territory-Based Lead Generation

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned territory through networking events, industry associations, and social media platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Utilize social selling techniques to engage potential clients and build lasting relationships.

Support Strategic Sales

  • Work closely with the Senior Sales Professional to strategize on lead conversion and deal closure.
  • Participate in joint meetings and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Share insights and feedback from the field to refine sales strategies.

Smart Sales Through Tech

  • Employ CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Use data analytics tools to assess lead quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest sales technologies and integrate them into daily operations.

Team Collaboration & Reporting

  • Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and territory insights to the Senior Sales Professional and management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and share best practices.
What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or lead generation, preferably within a specific territory.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
