Associate Sales Manager I - Stroke - Great Lakes/Chicago

Job Title: Associate Sales Manager I - Great Lakes/Chicago region

Location: This position is remote, based in the Chicago area.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide sales support for existing accounts and new accounts within assigned geography.
  • Offer solutions based on established sales guidelines and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for modification and growth.
  • Meet sales objectives and metric targets on assigned geography on a quarterly basis.
  • Support new product launches to optimize product performance and drive adoption.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with physician advocates within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing to help with product collateral and programs as necessary.
  • Participate in account management activities such as inventory counts and product support.
  • Coordinate and manage a call plan for the week/quarter together to support sales leaders.
  • Deliver sales presentations that focus on Imperative Care product features and benefits.
  • Assist in the management of complications with assigned accounts and determine resources needed to meet challenges.
  • Complete administrative requirements (including expenses) in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Maintain company standards involving ethical and moral character while professionally representing the company.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the medical device, vascular or pharmaceutical industries; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills; ability to adapt to changing work priorities.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with ability to maintain strong working relationships.
  • Excellent reading, verbal, and written communication skills; strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
  • Ability to work independently and travel.
  • Valid driver's license.
