Position Overview

We are partnering with a leading orthopedic company to seek Associate Sales Consultants to support sales in Trauma, Spine, Joint Recon, or Sports Medicine. This role involves supporting medical device sales teams, assisting in surgeries, and providing technical and clinical support to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support sales efforts by maintaining relationships with existing customers and acquiring new clients, contributing to sales goals and market share growth.
2. Assist surgeons during procedures by providing product demonstrations and ensuring proper device utilization.
3. Attend surgeries to support equipment setup and operation, optimizing trays and device performance.
4. Handle technical troubleshooting, customer requests, hospital billing, and purchase orders.
5. Share insights with internal teams to improve solutions and prepare sales reports.
6. Provide consultation to Operating Rooms and Sterile Processing Departments.
7. Maintain equipment and promotional materials, ensuring high standards of service and compliance.
8. Analyze product performance and customer engagement to optimize usage and environment.
9. Focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and differentiating our products from competitors.
10. Support the launch and implementation of new products and solutions.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (e.g., Associates + 4 years relevant experience, or 8 years relevant experience).
• Certifications such as Surgical Technician or specialized medical training are preferred.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in team environments, with high attention to detail.
• Technical knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures is preferred.
• Ability to work in clinical settings with physical demands such as lifting and wearing protective gear.

Additional Information

This is a regional trauma position covering Las Vegas, NV; San Bernardino, CA; Riverside, CA; and Murrieta, CA. The role is full-time, with a salary range of $60,000-$70,000 annually, plus potential bonuses and benefits. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, ethical standards, and a customer-focused approach.
