Job Title: Part Time Customer Experience Specialist

The Part Time Customer Experience Specialist provides exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, fostering a culture of empowerment among employees to deliver excellent service. Responsibilities include:

1. First contact resolution and managing the customer interaction experience within the location.
2. Handling and resolving customer issues promptly with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
3. Serving as the primary Net Promoter Score (NPS) liaison for the management team, updating and communicating on performance actions and decisions related to NPS.
4. Analyzing NPS results to identify causes and implementing plans to enhance guest satisfaction.
5. Communicating with and guiding employees to understand customer needs, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
6. Ensuring all corporate policies and procedures are followed by staff.

Wage:

$14.30 hourly

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of customer service experience, including operations and sales; rental car experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service, communication, relationship-building, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
