Base pay range
$50,000.00/hr - $55,000.00/hr

Position Overview
This position is responsible for growth in their assigned accounts, while supporting the Director of Sales on growth strategies and objectives for the entire team’s customer portfolio. This position reports to the Director of Sales.
Primary Responsibilities & Duties
Grow the business with assigned accounts and generate new business, while being on top of industry & competitive trends in sales and merchandising with the guidance of the Director of Sales.
SALES
- Be focused relentlessly on increasing market share and productivity within assigned accounts
- Research market opportunities and foster growth ideas within the company for the accounts. Follow consumer trends in buying and define vision and strategy for growth
- Identify competitive threats and competition as they relate to the assigned accounts. Create solutions and growth strategies to mitigate risk and optimize opportunity
- Work closely with the Senior account Executive and Creativity & Operations departments to ensure that all customer needs are being met or exceeded on a continuing basis
- Act as liaison for Customer and Cross functional FAF team. Define and communicate product strategy with cross functional team. Work cross functionally to create dynamic customer presentations the drive growth.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.
- Make decisions regarding daily tactical management and support for Sales department.
- Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel, at the same time meeting company goals and initiatives
- Work with customers, Sales, Purchasing, Product Development, Merchandising, and Operations to ensure that all customer needs are being met or exceeded on a continuing basis.
- Assist in creating and sending sales proposals to customers.
- Initiate and follow through all aspects of order processing (new & replenishment orders) as well as meeting follow up requirements and timelines.
- Assist Sales Assistants to create, update, and maintain all customer required forms, websites for new programs, item set ups, case packs, dims/weights, UPC, prices, factory info, port info, detailed descriptions, customs requirements, etc. as needed.
- Communicate customer updates/changes to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
- Assist Sr Account Executive in interpreting report data.
- Produce ad-hoc report requests accurately and timely for internal distribution.
- Assist in meeting preparation which includes presentations books, sales reports, and customer specific forms when necessary.
- Provide backup support for Director of Sales.
- Review and provide insight on weekly POS reports and analysis for designated accounts in order to actively participate in Weekly Sales Meeting with reporting on best sellers.
- Take responsibility for escalating all order concerns / delays to Director of Sales
Skills & Qualifications
- At least 2 years of related experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, communicate, exercise diplomacy, as well as sell and maintain a high level professional sales relationship with demanding high profile global retailers.
- Ability to give direction to product development & merchandising teams to achieve necessary results.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with other departments within the company
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate direct report
- Understanding of department and corporate strategic goals
- Ability to participate and contribute during Directors group meetings
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to complete annual reviews for direct reports, hiring of support staff
- Skill in working as part of a team and collaborating with co-workers.
- Able to work in a fast paced fashion environment under pressure of short deadlines and ever changing priorities
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel, AX system, Stock IQ
- Occasional Travel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
