Providence Saint Joseph Health seeks an Associate RN Employee (Caregiver) Health - On Site to provide caregiver health services and lead pre-employment health screens and vaccinations. You will train staff and work with Infection Prevention and other teams to promote a culture of health and safety.
Qualified candidates hold a WA RN license, BLS, and have at least 1 year of RN experience in an acute setting; a Nursing degree is preferred.
Associate RN Employee (Caregiver) Health - On Site
In promoting optimal health and well-being in Providence Saint Joseph Health caregivers, the Caregiver Health Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing clinical caregiver health services. The Associate CHRN ensures compliance with state and federal requirements and PSJH policies. Participates as an integral team member with colleagues such as Infection Prevention, Absence and Disability Management, Workers' Compensation and Well-being to deliver high quality occupational and environmental health services. Performs all duties in a manner that promotes Providence Saint Joseph Health mission, values, and philosophy. In all aspects, serves as a role model for the values and mission of the organization and promotion of integration of services with a culture of health and safety. The Associate CHRN provides pre-employment health screens, vaccinations, performs training and education, manages surveillance and in doing so supports caregivers within the scope of Caregiver Health Services to ensure they are as prepared as possible to perform their work duties safely.
