Fisica, Inc. is seeking a Radio Frequency Engineer for a 100% onsite role in Simi Valley, CA. The position offers a salary range of $74,000 to $138,000 annually under a 9/80 schedule and full-time status.

The Associate RF Engineer will analyze, design, implement, and optimize wireless networks, performing link budgets, system dimensioning, frequency planning, traffic analysis, and interference optimization. U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, implement, optimize and enhance wireless telecommunications networks.
• Perform link budgets analysis, system dimensioning for coverage and capacity including traffic analysis.
• Support initial system design, coverage planning, site identification, evaluation and zoning.
• Conduct frequency planning, interference analysis and optimization.
