Job Sum m ar y

As an Associate, Revenue Management, you will play a crucial role in helping shape the revenue optimization and pricing strategies for the largest portfolio of single-family assets in the country, with almost $3 billion in annual revenues. This position involves leveraging data-driven insights, collaborating with Data Science, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Audit, and Legal/Compliance teams. You will own tools to help optimize rents with the market value of our assets while balancing resident acquisition and retention.

E s s ent ia l Job Duti e s a nd Res p on s i b i l i ti e s

  • Analyze and assist in implementing revenue optimization strategies to drive asset income growth while maintaining competitive market positioning.

  • Utilize data analytics and market research to identify trends, evaluate property performance, and provide actionable insights for pricing and revenue strategies.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with property management and leasing teams to refine and execute pricing strategies tailored to market conditions, demand trends, and property-specific factors.

  • Monitor industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market dynamics, and apply this knowledge to enhance revenue management processes.

  • Work with dedicated internal resources to support compliance with local, state, and national laws and regulations pertaining to residential real estate.

  • Leverage sophisticated data science constructs and tools to automate pricing processes and provide feedback on further identified opportunities.

  • Provide assistance to analysts and contribute to team collaboration, fostering a supportive environment for shared learning.

  • Provide detailed input on revenue expectations for annual budgets and financial projections, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with market insights.

E duc a ti o n a nd / o r Ex p e r i ence

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Business Analytics, or related roles.

  • Proven experience in driving high-impact projects, cross-functional collaboration, writing advanced queries, and data visualization.

  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.

  • Familiarity with property management software and data analytics tools.

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is: $71,925.00 - $124,670.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
