Our Associate, Retail Channel, directs support and communication to channels. The role supports strategies and initiatives to promote digital channels among customers. The position is on-site, based at Oriental Center, San Juan, PR.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver proactive and dynamic customer service, demonstrating a positive and helpful attitude toward both internal and external customers.
  2. Refer customers to digital channel options based on their needs.
  3. Support the development of strategies to increase digital channel adoption for existing and new clients.
  4. Visit physical channels to gather feedback and communicate strategies related to digital adoption.
  5. Observe customer behavior to create tailored digital briefs and customer journeys.
  6. Stay informed about current and future digital capabilities to provide insights and guidance.
  7. Act as a liaison with decision makers, monitoring digital performance and engagement.
  8. Participate in presentations as a digital channels expert.
  9. Assist in testing new digital tools.
  10. Support initiatives like motivation contests to achieve targets.
  11. Prepare processes, communications, and documentation for branches.
  12. Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  2. Two (2) years of experience in financial services or management roles.
  3. Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
  4. Knowledge of industry policies, procedures, and regulations.
  5. Strong analytical skills for identifying issues and solutions.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to lead and communicate policies effectively.
  7. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  8. Superior presentation and negotiation skills.
  9. Proficient with computer systems and technology.
