AdventHealth Tampa seeks a leader to oversee its Anesthesiology Residency Program. You will guide curriculum, policy development, accreditation maintenance, and resident recruitment, while aligning with clinical duties and daily operations in a major tertiary care setting.

The role emphasizes strategic program leadership, governance, and ensuring high standards of resident education and patient safety within a respected health system.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience.
• Experience as a Program Director, Assistant PD, or Core Faculty member in an ACGME–accredited Anesthesiology program.
• ABA Board Certified.
• Have previous leadership/administrative experience.

Case mix: general, regional, cardiac, obstetrics, neuro, endo, cath lab, ortho, spine, vascular, rad, ENT, urology, peds
ACT: 21 MDs and 40 APPs covering 31 operative sites a day

Qualified Candidates

Minimum 2-5 years of experience
Experience as a Program Director, Assistant PD, or Core Faculty member in an ACGME–accredited Anesthesiology program
ABA Board Certified
Have previous leadership/administrative experience
