We are inviting applications for the role of Associate - Remote Operation Engineer (Manager level).

The ideal candidate will possess excellent people, organizational, and technical skills. The role requires understanding of wind turbine engineering drawings, major components of WTG, spare parts, and technical analysis, including prior knowledge of resolving electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues. Previous experience in inspecting, diagnosing, adjusting, or repairing onshore wind turbines will be an advantage. The applicant should be willing to work remotely 24/7 on heavy industrial machines across the globe, which generate millions of records.

Responsibilities

1. SCADA monitoring and troubleshooting analysis of wind turbines remotely.
2. Electrical and mechanical knowledge of components and hands-on experience with wind turbines.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical developments in wind turbine design, installation, operation, and maintenance.
4. Support different regions globally based on turbine modules and levels.
5. Read and implement advanced troubleshooting guides in wind turbines.
6. Provide insights into troubleshooting root causes of faults after ROC techs have exhausted all steps through FHPs.
7. Provide technical information and advice to internal customers regarding technical issues.
8. Triaging cases to the concerned technical teams if additional support is needed.
9. Check fault frequency history and relevant notes, working with various regional units and modules according to site-specific instructions.
10. Support individual regions during specific requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or similar specialization.
• Significant work experience in wind turbines.
• Structured, systematic work approach with attention to detail to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technical analysis and trend CMD related to wind turbines.
• Good communication and presentation skills; advanced MS Excel skills.
• Experience working in a multicultural, global environment with internal and external partners.
