Job summary

Octagos is hiring an Associate Remote Care Specialist (Loops) in the US to support remote cardiac monitoring. You will provide technical and educational cardiac device expertise, review transmissions, and support onboarding of new customers.

• Assists with onboarding of new customers and users.
• Collaborates with colleagues to understand market and customer dynamics.
• Keeps up to date with new CRM products and capabilities.
• Completes all tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Provides technical and educational cardiac device expertise
• Reviews remote transmissions for all CRM vendors, while providing patients and healthcare professionals with the highest level of service possible.
• Provides trouble shooting support as needed
• Utilizes and maintains internal software
• Assists with the onboarding of new customers
• Partners with other employees to appropriately understand market and customer dynamics
• Overall understanding of competitive landscape
• Current with all new CRM products
• Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Ability to maintain necessary credentials

Education and Preferred Experience Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least three years of work experience in healthcare
• Certified Cardiographic Technician certification (CCT)
• Extensive understanding of medical terminology
• Outstanding work ethic and customer service skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft and other basic computer applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
