Role Overview:

Otis Elevator Company is seeking a highly motivated Associate Regional Field Operations Manager to provide leadership and support for all field operations within the Midwest area. This role involves managing service quality, leading process improvements, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide training, development, and leadership to service and repair teams.
  • Oversee the quality of all service and repair operations, ensuring adequate resource allocation.
  • Investigate and resolve critical customer issues.
  • Promote the use of digital tools among service colleagues.
  • Lead process workshops and ensure adherence to service protocols.
  • Monitor field tests, inspections, and data reports.
  • Collaborate with service managers on performance issues.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of elevator industry experience.
  • Management experience required.
