What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide ongoing training and leadership for service and repair colleagues in the Midwest operating area
- Ensure quality and resource allocation for all service and repair field operations

- Monitor field tests and first inspections, ensuring adherence to service processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the elevator industry
- Proven management experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
