You will partner to align discipleship, outreach, and pastoral care with the church’s Anglican identity, shaping ministries across the city and state.

The role emphasizes preaching, leadership development, and collaboration with clergy formation and ministry partners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated excellence in preaching, teaching, and pastoral care in a Parish setting.
• Proven capacity to lead and develop staff or lay ministry teams effectively.
• Exemplary interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• High capacity for strategic thinking, problem solving, and collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for assigned ministry areas as a senior clergy leader.
• Supervise and support ministry staff and coordinate with DOO/EA and Worship Pastor for alignment.
• Preach and teach regularly with theological clarity and pastoral warmth.
• Lead outreach, evangelism, and strategic parish development initiatives.
• Model safeguarding practices and ensure diocesan safeguarding requirements are met.
