Weatherby Healthcare, a division of CHG Healthcare, is seeking an Associate Recruiter in Raleigh to help recruit locum tenens physicians, PAs, and NPs. This hybrid role requires in-office collaboration twice weekly with our local sales team, while offering remote work flexibility on other days.

You will build provider pipelines, respond to inquiries, and drive candidate engagement. The position emphasizes strong phone activity, persuasive communication, and robust database management.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy phone activity including cold calling.
• Persuasive and professional written and oral communications.
• Strong database management with a large-scale database system.
• Experience with MS Word and spreadsheet programs such as Excel.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Generate calling lists and searches to build a pipeline of qualified providers.
• Respond to inquiries from potential candidates who connect through our website.
• Contact leads, new and old providers to gain interest/commitment in working with Weatherby.
• Source new providers to build and develop our provider database.
• Achieve monthly goals/KPIs.

The Associate Recruiter role will assist with recruiting providers for locum tenens positions.This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring you to come into the Raleigh office a minimum of twice per week to support regular in-person collaboration, while allowing flexibility to work remotely on other days. For this position, we offer a pay range of $49,920 - $65,100 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses.
