Job description

Associate Recruiter - Contract 6 Months
We are seeking a motivated Associate Recruiter to support our hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring process. This role is ideal for someone with experience in high-volume recruiting who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about learning and growing within the recruiting space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct high-volume screening of candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and refine job descriptions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support the full-cycle recruiting process.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Experience with sourcing strategies and high-volume candidate screening.
  • Understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Job Details:

The pay range for this position is $40/hr - $45/hr per hour.
