Univar Solutions in Garland, TX is seeking an Associate Quality Chemist to test products and raw materials, provide technical information, and support quality control processes. The role involves repackaging oversight, QC testing for bulk shipments, and contributing to safety and documentation practices.

The candidate will work with laboratory equipment, develop solutions, and stay informed on new chemical developments. A degree in Chemistry and 1–3 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or equivalent laboratory experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in preparation of chemical products.
• Familiarity with quality control and analytical testing.

Responsabilités

• Prepare chemical solutions and reagents to specifications.
• Schedule repackaging activities and maintain quality.
• Test samples and ensure quality for bulk shipments.
• Provide technical knowledge to Commercial team and customers.
• Conduct experimental work with new chemicals and products and report findings.
