Job summary

TOGA Technology is seeking an Associate QA/QC Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support the development team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to help ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of QA/QC or software testing experience.
• Proficiency in writing and executing test cases derived from user stories and requirements.
• Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman.
• Experience with automated testing using Cypress.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ADO, TestRail).
• Basic understanding of SQL and version control (Git) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and execute test cases based on requirements and user stories.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across web and API layers.
• Conduct API testing using Postman and validate responses, status codes, and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain automated UI tests using Cypress.
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear, reproducible steps, and verify fixes.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Maintain accurate, organized test documentation, test plans, and traceability throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Report testing progress, results, and quality metrics to the team and stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and best practices.

Compensation

• 45k-52k per year
• 16 paid days off and 10 paid holidays per year
