Funnel Leasing Inc. is hiring an Associate Quality Assurance Engineer who can work from anywhere in the U.S. The role involves collaborating with Developers and Product teams to ensure high-quality software testing. The successful candidate should be interested in testing, QA, and working collaboratively. This position is part of a cross-functional team responsible for maintaining our CRM product and reports to the QA Manager.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Developers and Product Management to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Ensure proper testing on software releases
• Define quality standards, health, and processes
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Develop test cases for features and regression testing
• Promote continuous improvement and learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant technical training/experience
• Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical teams
• Experience in QA or software development, or related fields
• Familiarity with testing software and writing automated tests
• Ability to interpret requirements and develop testing plans
• Detail-oriented with quick learning ability and a desire to contribute immediately
