Job summary

OLR Group Limited in Cleveland, Ohio, is seeking an early-career QA professional eager to grow in software quality assurance. You will be responsible for hands-on testing, both manual and automated, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

The role requires on-site presence in the office, access to the lab and testing equipment, and involvement in test planning, execution, and defect tracking. Spanish language skills are a strong plus for LATAM collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in software testing or automation (Java, JavaScript, Groovy, or Ruby).
• Basic understanding of Agile development and Continuous Integration principles.
• Experience with defect management and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• A good level of written and spoken English is essential, and Spanish language skills would be a significant advantage, particularly when supporting customers and collaborating with teams across LATAM region.

The Role

You are an early-career QA professional with a passion for learning and an eagerness to grow within software quality assurance. You’re curious, analytical, and detail-oriented — someone who takes pride in ensuring that technology works seamlessly. You enjoy solving problems, communicating clearly, and collaborating with others in an agile environment.

This is an on-site role based in our office, as it requires regular hands-on access to the lab, hardware and other testing equipment that cannot be effectively supported in a remote environment.

In this role,you’ll
