USPL is seeking an Associate, Purchasing to join our Operations team in New Brunswick, NJ. The role focuses on timely procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies across all facilities, ensuring compliance with GMP and company SOPs.
The successful candidate will issue purchase orders in the ERP system (Syspro, SAP), collaborate with planning, and maintain strong data analysis and Excel skills. Bilingual in Chinese or Hindi is a plus.

The Purchasing Associate ensures the timely procurement of materials and components, manufacturing equipment, lab supplies, warehouse, and office supplies across all facilities.
