Oscar is seeking an Associate for Provider Data Analytics in New York City, requiring a hybrid schedule. This role involves managing cross-functional projects to resolve provider data issues, collaborating with stakeholders, and leveraging analytics for solutions.

The Associate, Provider Data Analytics reviews provider data-related issues and scales solutions through impact analysis. We work with business and technical stakeholders to represent departmental needs in company-wide strategic initiatives and problem solving. This role handles understanding business requirements, building and managing project plans, documenting decisions, and developing risk mitigation and change management strategies.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Provider Data Operations.
This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while the other two office days are flexible.
Base pay for this role is $96,876.00 – $127,149.75 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.
