What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and implement marketing and communication campaigns targeting providers across multiple channels (email, print, digital)
- Design and produce high-quality communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, and marketing collateral
- Serve as the primary point of contact for provider communication inquiries across various departments
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign strategies align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Organize and facilitate meetings to track campaign progress and address challenges
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management, marketing, communications, liberal arts, health policy, or a related field, or relevant experience and/or education
- Basic graphic design and layout skills
- Fundamental written and verbal communication skills
- Project coordination and organizational skills
- Basic content creation and adaptation skills

- Experience in communications, marketing, or related fields
- Experience in project management
- Familiarity with healthcare or dental insurance provider networks and strategies
