Role Overview

As an Associate Proposals Writer, you will support the Senior Proposals Manager in creating persuasive, customer-focused proposals. You will help tailor proposal materials to meet client needs, highlighting the company's benefits and advantages. Accountabilities

1. Assist in reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to identify key requirements and deadlines.
2. Edit and customize proposal content to meet client needs while maintaining consistent messaging and tone.
3. Collaborate with senior writers and subject matter experts to craft compelling proposals that showcase the company's differentiators.
4. Organize proposal materials, track deadlines, and assemble final submissions promptly.
5. Contribute to sales documents, such as product descriptions and team bios, ensuring alignment with proposal messaging.
6. Maintain and update content libraries to keep responses current and relevant.

Requirements

• BA/BS in English, Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in proposal writing, sales writing, marketing, or content creation, or equivalent skills.
• Classroom or related educational experience (2+ years) is a plus.
• Excellent written communication skills, with attention to clarity, detail, and persuasive style.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, and PDF tools.
• Experience in K-12 education or EdTech sales is a plus.
