Job summary

Clyde & Co US LLP seeks an insurance coverage litigation attorney with 3–5 years of experience in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will be bright, ambitious, and highly motivated, with strong writing skills to draft pleadings, briefs, and coverage opinions.

Responsibilities include discovery, court filings, depositions, and legal research in both state and federal courts. Admitted to practice in Arizona is required; additional admissions are a plus.

Qualifications

  • Arizona admission to practice law is required (in-state admission highly preferred).
  • Discovery, Law and Motion experience is expected.
  • State and Federal court experience is expected.
  • Excellent academic credentials and work history are required.

Clyde & Co has an opportunity for an insurance coverage litigation attorney with 3 - 5 years of experience. We are looking for a bright, ambitious, highly motivated lawyer with strong writing skills.

Responsibilities
  • Draft pleadings and briefs
  • Prepare and respond to written discovery
  • Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients
