About the Role

We’re looking for a critical thinker and problem-solving individual to join our team as an Associate Project Specialist- Onboarding. In this role, you will contribute to client satisfaction by effectively supporting Onboarding Project Managers in the implementation/onboarding of new customers/programs; provide tactical support and deep expertise in the areas of inventory and contact management; conduct the offboarding of clients; and support quality onboarding outside of the scope of the Onboarding team.

What You’ll Do
  • Support key tasks to onboard clients to Element’s program, including the cleaning / prepping of inventory for loading into Element system.
  • Monitor the output from the onboarding process to ensure quality and completeness
  • Work with clients and internal stakeholders to successfully offboard clients
  • Audit product-level implementations managed by Client Success
  • Coordinate with Commercial and Client Success teams to verify completion of onboarding projects.
  • Identify discrepancies and trouble-shoot through resolution.
  • Lead or participate as a Subject Matter Expert in cross-functional projects; as requested by the business.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities related to the implementation process.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Internally, this role is referred to as Specialist, Onboarding
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software (Smartsheet)
  • Proven experience in data analysis with advanced Excel skills
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and ask probing questions, gather and analyze data, and develop options/solutions to resolve issues
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the leasing industry, specifically in financial services, operations or customer service preferred
  • CAPM certification preferred

Location: Hopkins, MN

The base salary range for this position is $51,600- $71,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
