Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a team environment.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales Managers with day-to-day project coordination, administrative tasks, and client communication.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Prepare and update project documentation, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to support project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Support proposal development, quotes, and contract preparation as needed.
  • Manage data entry and updates in CRM systems to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide follow-up on client requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and preparing agendas.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager to support our Sales team.
