Job summary

Michels Energy Solutions, Inc. seeks an Associate Project Manager to support planning and organization across energy and industrial construction projects. You will implement project management principles and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and business needs.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of experience, and familiarity with oil and gas or compressor projects. Travel to site locations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience with oil and gas industry preferred.
• Experience with natural gas compressors preferred.
• Training in safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Primavera (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ability to travel for extended durations and work on long-term onsite projects.
