Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a contractor to support Talent Management initiatives across one or more workstreams. The role requires highly organized, detail-oriented project management with the ability to transition between functional areas in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have Workday implementation experience (HCM/Talent Management), strong MS Project and MS Office skills, and proven governance and stakeholder-communication capabilities.

Qualifications

Day to day responsibilities: This contractor will support Talent Management initiatives, managing one or more workstreams depending on business needs. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and seamlessly transition between functional areas. The successful candidate will be able to quickly come up to speed, establish key stakeholder relationships, and drive project execution.
