National Interstate’s culture is built on connection, shared learning, and strong relationships. To support this, employees in this role are expected to be on-site a minimum of two days a week, with the potential to work three days remotely. Core in‑office days are Tuesday and Wednesday but will be determined by business needs.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

Experience: Generally, a minimum of 1-3 years of related experience that includes experience
Scope of Job/Qualifications: Manages small projects or portions of larger, moderately complex projects. Demonstrates capability in all project management competencies, including planning, executing, and monitoring of IT projects. May assist in making recommendations for best practices and introducing new techniques/tools to the project management team. Develops business knowledge and the ability to identify and define business needs including an understanding of the organization's business and technology operations. Demonstrates a customer focus by being responsive, consultative, collaborative and accurate in work approach. Develops analytical skills with the ability to gather and analyze data to drive decision-making. May serve as Scrum Master on an agile team, helping the team through a combination of facilitation and coaching, while also helping those outside the team understand how to interact with the team.
