Getinge is seeking an Associate Project Manager in New Jersey to support cross-functional initiatives across Electrical, Mechanical Sustaining Engineering, and QRC/Regulatory Affairs projects. You will coach with project managers and ensure timely escalation and governance, while maintaining project plans, dashboards, and documentation.

The role emphasizes coordinating diverse teams, tracking risks and milestones, and ensuring compliant project execution within a regulated environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical or related field.
• 2+ years coordinating or managing project workstreams in a corporate or matrixed environment.
• Experience with project planning, scheduling, action tracking, status reporting and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience in a corporate, technical, or regulated environment preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.

Responsabilidades

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, ownership, and completion criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and support action completion.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and track ownership.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and maintain risk/issue logs.
• Prepare status updates and dashboards for sponsors and management.
• Escalate issues affecting scope, schedule, or resources.
• Support resolution of routine issues and hand off to owners.
• Maintain project information in PM systems.
