Tasks / Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients, manage ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager building profiles, coordinate site visits, and oversee application submissions to the EPA.
  • Support compliance with local ordinances and benchmarking data submission.
  • Manage project schedules, collaborate with internal teams, and provide customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records, contribute to process improvements, and manage project documentation.
  • Work remotely, with occasional travel near major airports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Architecture, Engineering, Energy Management, Real Estate, Sustainability, or related field.
  • 2-3+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Familiarity with Energy Star programs, Portfolio Manager, and local ordinances.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools like ClickUp.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and client management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, evaluate outcomes, and work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
