Job summary

Centessa Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support early-to-late stage R&D programs, including orexin receptor agonists for sleep-wake disorders conducted under the Centessa umbrella.

You will maintain development timelines and budgets in a PPM system, monitor schedules, assist with meeting logistics, track actions, and generate leadership dashboards. This remote role offers minimal travel (<10%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, business, or healthcare field.
• 1–3 years of pharma/biotech project support experience.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and PPM systems like Planisware.
• Detail-oriented with strong software skills.
• CAPM certification preferred.
• Basic understanding of the drug development lifecycle.
