Job summary

creative werks is seeking an Associate Project Manager to own the day-to-day project management of assigned client projects within Client Services. You will elicit and document client requests, coordinate with internal teams, and drive solutions to meet production needs.

The role requires organization, planning, and accountability across multiple tasks. You will act as the main contact for internal and client teams, ensuring projects stay on track and deliverables meet expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, supply chain, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.
• Maintain timelines, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain to meet client needs and drive operational excellence.
• Lead meetings, track progress, and escalate issues as needed.
• Monitor pricing requests and assist Sales when needed.
• Oversee monthly forecasts, budgets, and ERP data accuracy.
