Job summary

Qualus is seeking an Associate Project Manager in our Project Management department to assist in managing a large portfolio of electric utility projects. Under general direction, you will help ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and on budget, working with engineers, designers, and construction teams.

• Manage the development and evaluation process for bid documents related to engineering, design, and construction.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment for project execution.
• Ensure thorough documentation and completion of all project phases.
• Independently manage smaller projects, demonstrating proficiency in the full Project Lifecycle and project controls requirements.

Position Overview

Works closely with personnel to engineer, design, site, permit and construct assigned projects. Assists project managers with securing approval for permits and licenses, budgets materials, contractors, and other resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overhead project management on the project including, but not limited to management of schedule, budget, outage coordination, contract administration. 0-2 years experience.

• Hybrid position – Will require candidate in office 3 to 5 days per week.
