Job summary

Spectrum Business is seeking an Associate Project Manager to plan, manage, monitor and report on mid-size projects. You will act as the project point of escalation and coordinate cross-functional teams in an office environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong prioritization, organizational and English communication skills. Previous project management experience and certification are preferred.

• Implement processes and methodologies to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Submit status updates and gather feedback through meetings for leadership to leverage.
• Track costs, performance SLAs and other metrics to meet project goals and objectives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

You proactively conduct all aspects of project details, data collection, reporting and stakeholder communications. You meet timeline objectives by serving as the project point of escalation and reviewing technical aspects. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.
