Types of equipment, machinery, or tools (including computer hardware and software applications), a person in this job be able to competently use in the successful performance of the job duties;
The Associate Project Manager must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Bluebeam, Procore, and Adobe. Experience with MS Project and exposure to Primavera P6 is preferred. The role also requires familiarity with construction document management systems and the ability to work within ERP and billing support systems, such as Dinero.
