Job summary

Bruin, a leading bank in New York, is seeking an Associate for its Project Finance team to support lending and debt advisory across renewables, storage, hydro, transportation, data centers and thermal power. You will work closely with senior bankers to drive origination and execution across the platform.

Responsibilities include structuring, preparing credit materials, and client presentations, with emphasis on cash flow modelling and risk assessment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of project finance experience in power, energy, or infrastructure.
• Strong financial modelling and cash flow analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, client interfacing.

• Support structuring, origination, and execution of non-recourse project finance transactions across the Power & Infrastructure sector
• Help build relationships with top-tier and emerging developers, and contribute to new business origination and marketing efforts
• Prepare marketing materials, credit applications, and proposals; participate in client calls, bank meetings, and presentations
• Conduct research and financial analysis, including cash flow modeling and risk assessment on existing and prospective transactions

The team is responsible for both lending and debt advisory for projects across renewables, storage, hydro, transportation, data centers, and thermal power, and is consistently ranked among the top global Project Finance franchises. The Associate will support origination and execution and work closely with senior bankers and partners across the broader platform.
