Job description

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Channel Led Projects Leader, located near one of Schneider Electric’s US Hub locations or Centers of Excellence. We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual to manage multiple package and service projects while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

What will you do:

Channel Projects, Order Specialist is accountable for the execution of post-order conversion requests from the distribution/channel partner who serves as the Project Manager of the order. Order Specialist, develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within Schneider Electric to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

Order Specialist facilitates order maintenance and corrective action to address customers' project needs. Order maintenance activities include but are not limited to change orders; warranty claims; expedited requests; shipping re-consignments; coordination of services and system studies; freight claims; post-delivery quality issues; and claims resolution.

This customer-facing role requires demonstrated account management and relationship development experience. Order Specialist, while assigned a primary area of responsibility is part of a regional team that is collectively responsible for the timely resolution of customer requests. This position will require you to have the ability to work in either Eastern or Central time zones.

  • Ability to build an environment and relationship of trust and credibility with team and customers. Establish, develop, and maintain rapport with key contacts internally and externally via a digital platform.
  • Facilitates resolution of production, shipment scheduling, and/or invoicing problems of moderate complexity
  • Ability to handle multiple projects using problem-solving, attention to detail, and strong time management, with organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to diplomatically navigate/facilitate effective conflict resolution across multiple groups of varying backgrounds and generations
  • Flexibility to positively adapt to the ever-changing priorities of the immediate team, Schneider Electric, and customers.
  • Technical aptitude to learn the basics of SE Electrical Distribution Products (e.g. panels, breakers, starters, switchboards), with the ability to comfortably work in Schneider Electric product selector and SE Advantage tools.
  • Have strong communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills.
  • Implement time management and organization skills: multi-tasking, planning, and prioritizing.
  • Uses standard business application software such as Microsoft Office.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
