Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and support program goals, objectives, and milestones.
• Create program plans, timelines, proposals, and budgets.
• Coordinate events and community engagement activities.
• Support donor relations and fundraising events.
• Manage grant recipient relationships with the Executive Director.
• Support marketing and social media content.
• Maintain Salesforce data, dashboards, and reporting.
• Identify process improvements and efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
