The Associate Program Manager on the Partnerships Team at Eko Health plays a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing partner relationships and program initiatives. This is a junior-level position, partner-facing role that’s ideal for someone eager to take ownership of key projects, collaborate across teams, and help build a specialty reseller program from the ground up.

This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a playbook to bring new retail partners onboard - from researching and initiating partnerships to coordinating launch readiness and enabling long-term success. As a key customer-facing contributor, they will manage timelines for partner activities and sales objectives, process inventory order requests, update weekly performance reports, and help plan quarterly partner meetings..


As Associate Program Manager at Eko, You Will:
  • Develop a Playbook (20%): Build and refine a scalable approach for acquiring, onboarding, and activating new retail partners.
  • Reseller Partnership Development (25%): Conduct research to identify potential reseller partners, lead outreach, and support the onboarding process.
  • Timeline Management (15%): Maintain and monitor schedules for key partner activities and sales objectives to ensure timely execution and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Inventory Order Processing (10%): Manage and process inventory order requests efficiently, coordinating with internal teams to meet partner needs.
  • Create Partner-Facing Materials (10%): Develop and update marketing collateral and guidelines for reseller partners to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Performance Reporting (10%): Update and maintain weekly performance reports, providing accurate data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Event Coordination (5%): Plan and coordinate quarterly partner meetings, including scheduling, venue selection, travel arrangements, catering, and event logistics.
  • Product Innovation Support (5%): Assist in developing product innovation plans that align with and support partner sales objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for partnership growth.

  • Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets related to partner activities and events, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all partnership activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations, maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.
As Associate Program Manager at Eko, Key Competencies:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in program management, partnerships, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
