Job Summary:

This position will provide administrative and programmatic support for leaders in the Vanderbilt regional hospitals. The role includes support for administrative leadership, coordination of projects and programs, and communication with a multidisciplinary team. This role will require in-office for orientation and training; subsequent in-office will be as needed to support departmental needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Calendar and scheduling management for administrative leaders.
  • Supports departmental and hospital programs, events, and surveys.
  • Collaboration with Vanderbilt Health facilities and departments
  • Recurring and ad hoc meeting management, including scheduling, support, and coordination.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The Department of Quality, Safety, and Risk Prevention (QSRP) equips and empowers Vanderbilt Health faculty and staff at our Main Campus, Regional Hospitals and Ambulatory Divisions to offer care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient and patient-centered.
