Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking an Associate Manager, Program Management to support the Program Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering high-visibility projects within the New Generation and Special Projects portfolio.

You will advance priority initiatives, manage execution details, and communicate with technical, operational, and leadership teams to ensure alignment with program direction. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related technical/analytical discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience supporting or leading complex, technically driven projects or programs.
• Experience working on high-profile initiatives with exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-visibility, complex special projects from planning through execution and close-out.
• Coordinate scope, schedule, risks, action items, and deliverables for assigned initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed execution plans, schedules, and tracking tools for timely delivery.
